I received my Grade A license in June, 2008. Now I can sell raw milk and raw milk cheeses.
Currently making two cheeses that are each aged sixty days. One is a Greek Feta and the other is a Farmstead hard cheese, similar to cheddar.
Cheeses and fresh milk are sold at local Farmer's Markets from May to November. and at The Food Co-op here in
Port Townsend. I also sell off the farm year round.

My first milk order for the Food Co-op in Port Townsend.
I was excited to provide fresh raw milk for those who wanted it.

Goats are milked two at a time.
They are always ready and waiting at the door. |

Cheese making room and some equipment. Shiny stainless, easy to clean.

Farmstead cheddars,
waxed and ready for aging. |

Feta cheese,
sliced and ready for aging in brine. |
