I received my Grade A license in June, 2008. Now I can sell raw milk and raw milk cheeses. Currently making two cheeses that are each aged sixty days. One is a Greek Feta and the other is a Farmstead hard cheese, similar to cheddar.

Cheeses and fresh milk are sold at local Farmer's Markets from May to November. and at The Food Co-op here in Port Townsend. I also sell off the farm year round.

Fresh Raw Milk
My first milk order for the Food Co-op in Port Townsend.
I was excited to provide fresh raw milk for those who wanted it.

Milk room

Goats are milked two at a time.
They are always ready and waiting at the door.

 Cheese Making Room
Cheese making room and some equipment. Shiny stainless, easy to clean.

Waxed Farmstead Cheddar
Farmstead cheddars,
waxed and ready for aging.
Curds for Feta Cheese
Feta cheese,
sliced and ready for aging in brine.
